Overview
The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) requires all law firms to regularly collect and report to them data requiring the diversity of our workforce.
Whilst the reporting of results is mandatory, completion of the internal diversity questionnaire is not obligatory for our staff, though it is encouraged, and all responses and data are completely anonymous.
Below are the results of our latest questionnaire, conducted in June 2025.
