Rachael is an Associate in the Private Client team. She joined Ramsdens Solicitors in 2004 as a Trainee Solicitor in the Conveyancing team. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 and joined our Private Client team specialising in wills, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, trusts, probate and the administration of estates.
Rachael is now based at one of our branch offices at Slaithwaite, Huddersfield, and specifically deals with probate and the administration of estates. Rachael acts for Executors, where there is a valid will, or next of kin in valuing the deceased’s estate, completing and submitting inheritance tax returns, obtaining grants of representation, realisation and distribution of assets and post death variations.
