Lynda is a Partner and Licensed Conveyancer in the Residential Property team and deals mainly with residential property transactions acting for the individual and developer clients.
Lynda deals with all types of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, site acquitision and plot sales and has a vast range of knowledge and experience of property related matters.
Lynda qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 1996. She has been with the firm since 1982 working her way up from being an assistant to the then Senior Partner to running the Holmfirth office and in 2010 becoming the firms first non-solicitor partner.
