Kerry is a Conveyancing Executive in our Conveyancing department.
Kerry joined Ramsdens in June 2014 as a Conveyancing Executive based at the Wakefield Office
Kerry deals with all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from initial instruction through to post completion and has experience in a wide range of property transactions to include freehold, leasehold, right to buy, shared ownership, new-build, transfer of equity and remortgages.
Kerry has worked in Conveyancing for 19 years starting off as an office junior, secretary, completion clerk, assistant and finally a fee earner.
Kerry is also working towards being a qualified Licensed Conveyancer.
