Jane is a Partner and Solicitor in the Commercial Property team.
Jane qualified as a Solicitor in Commercial Property in 2014 and has over 10 years experience of dealing with property transactions.
Jane can deal with all areas relating to commercial property including the acquisition and set up of development sites, buying and selling commercial freeholds and commercial leases from both landlord and tenant perspective, including new leases, renewals and licences.
Jane is known for getting transactions over the line effectively and efficiently whilst providing practical commercial advice. She enjoys helping clients achieve their targets with their timescales and ensures that a good working relationship is built with clients.
Jane also specialises in acting for SIPP and SSAS pension trustees in respect of pension schemes’ commercial property investments
