Jane is an Associate Solicitor based in Huddersfield who deals with all aspects of family law. Jane has built up a wealth of experience and specialises in divorce and financial settlements. Jane has been a qualified as a solicitor for over 15 years and has experience in dealing with complex high net value cases.
Jane is a member of the Law Society’s Family Panel and is also a member of the family law group Resolution and is also one of the founding members of the Kirklees and Calderdale Collaborative Family Law Group.
Jane is committed to promoting a conciliatory approach to assist clients in reaching agreement in a non-confrontational and constructive way. Jane has successfully represented many clients who have undertaken the collaborative law process and assisted them in resolving issues at their own pace in an amicable, fair way which avoids the acrimony the court setting can give rise to.
