Heather Nuttall

Heather is an Associate in the Private Client department.

Heather deals with a wide range of matters including the drafting of wills, administering estates, drafting and administering trusts and dealing with Powers of Attorney and issues involving mental capacity in the Court of Protection.

Heather qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and was originally a litigator. She subsequently became interested in private client work and undertook the internationally recognised Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioner (STEP) professional qualification becoming fully qualified as a Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP) in 2006.

In 2008 Heather was admitted to full membership of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) an independent, national organisation of lawyers who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers.

Whilst Heather is based in our Elland office she sees clients throughout West Yorkshire at their homes, in care homes and in hospital.
