Greg is a Partner and Head of the Commercial team.
Greg deals with both commercial property and corporate/commercial matters acting for developers, investors and companies with property portfolios.
As a commercial law specialist Greg acts for a wide range of business clients from sole traders to multi million pound corporations and, whether dealing with the sale or acquisition of a company or business, the purchase, sale or leasing of commercial property, or the preparation of commercial agreements, Greg delivers timely, practical and cost effective advice which achieves his clients objectives, enhances the protection of their business assets and helps manage their commercial risks.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor in 1996 Greg practised as an accountant for six years with his time equally divided between one of the largest international firms and a strong regional firm. He therefore has a wide knowledge and understanding of business matters beyond the purely legal aspects.
