Deborah Kaye

Deborah is a Private Client Partner and joined the firm in 1992 as a trainee solicitor and has progressed within the firm, becoming a partner in 2003.

Whilst Deborah has a background in property law, for the last ten years she has been a member of the firm’s private client department, specialising in many of the aspects of work dealt with by that department including wills, probate, trusts, Powers of Attorney, advising the elderly, inheritance tax and long term care planning.

The vast variety of experience that Deborah has gained from working in a branch office setting means that she is now able to offer a very “holistic” approach for both new and existing clients with regard to their affairs generally, and not simply the matter in hand that they may approach her about. Deborah’s work ethos echoes that of the Holmfirth office and the firm generally, with the desire to provide clients with a down to earth, practical, friendly and professional approach to resolving their issues.
