Investigation into will-writing launched

According to the Guardian, a statutory investigation into will-writing, probate and estate administration markets has been launched by the Legal Services Board after instances of mis-selling and poor practice became more evident.

The move follows recommendations by the Legal Services Consumer Panel earlier this year which claimed that will-writing services should be regulated for the good of all consumers.
